libinput でなく Synaptics が使われているとクソなので、まずはその対処を。

設定の「マウスとタッチパッド」で「スクロール方向を反転する」にチェックを入れると行けそうな気がするんだけど、一部のアプリケーションで効くだけでその他は効かないという中途半端なもの。

そこで、まずタッチパッドの ID を取得
